Daft Punk Helmet and Jacket

After many months of working on this project I finally finished. It took forever and I got about 2.5 hours of full use out of it. I wore this as I checked ID’s at the bar I worked at.

As the drunken crowd of people continued to slap the helmet (out of excitement that they thought I was RoboCop) they screwed up some of the electronics, and due to the wonderful weather of Jacksonville that doesn’t like jackets….I had to take it off, but I’m proud that I actually finished it.

This was started with Pepakura, fiberglassed and then bondo. I used a chrome spray paint, but I suggest to try something else because it didn’t hold up at all.

Holy Cow…..Time has Flown…Year End Update

Jan-Mar – New G/f, New Job, New Semester, New / First motorcycle…wooo

April – Jun – Cedar Point (Amazing), Car booted at UNF ($990), New semester, Indiana Jones (Disappointing), No more new g/f, DUI (yeah…i’m an idiot…$6,000 later), TSI Shutdown, Promotion at work, My Best Friend Moved 🙁

Jul – Sept – New g/f, TSI Shutdown, Graduation, No more new g/f, TSI Reopens, WhatsUpJacksonville.com opens, Sold my Trans Am, Bought a 1990 Geo Prizm (yeah you read that right!), met Kat Stevens (a very cool person)

Oct – Dec – Halloween Horror Nights, New g/f, Ran my first half marathon, Promotion at work, Working my butt off.

I would say my year turned out all right. 2009 I hope is fine!

I disappeared

Well ever since TSI has been shutdown I have had very little to write about. Life just isn’t as interesting when you have a constant feed of drunk individuals spilling their guts to you. So, now I’m in lull waiting for TSI to reopen.

In better news. I am all graduated and now I start to prepare for the MBA program, if I ever get my booty to the GMAT.

Yes, I know it was weak post, but it had been awhile so I am getting back into the groove.
